No questions asked as long as the item returned is unsoiled and unworn in its original box.

Our 14 day exchange policy only applies to online purchases. you might not like the colour or fit of your purchase. or you may have just changed your mind, no problem.

If you return an item you can choose between a:

  • full refund of the value of the item
  • or you can exchange the item for a different item of the same value. This can be a different size, colour, style or a totally different item.
It's your choice.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
  • Please call us on 01302 718923 - we may be able to speed things up.
  • Send the item back to us in its original packaging.
    • If it's an exchange, please explain what you want instead.
    • If there is a problem with the item, then please describe the problem - and which shoe (right or left).
    • You may want to think about insuring the item in transit.

  • When we get the item back we refund the credit card you originally used. This may take upto 10 working days to show in your account.
  • If it is an exchange. We refund or charge your card the difference whichever is required. There will be no charge if the item is of the same value. We simply despatch it as soon as we can (usually the same day).
